You won’t be handed off to a crew—you’ll work directly with me throughout the entire process.

  • If any unexpected issues come up or you decide to make changes along the way, I’ll discuss them with you right away. For minor adjustments, I’ll do my best to accommodate them smoothly. If the change is more substantial—such as additional work or material upgrades—I’ll provide a revised estimate for your approval before moving forward.   • I accept cash, cheques, and e-transfers. Whatever method works best for you, I’ll do my best to make the payment process simple and convenient. If you have any specific preferences or questions about payment, feel free to ask.

  • You’re welcome to choose the materials you'd like to use, especially if you have a specific look or brand in mind. That said, I do need to approve the materials to make sure they’re suitable for the project and meet quality and safety standards. I’ll also confirm how much is needed to avoid delays or waste. If you prefer, I’m happy to source and supply everything for you, using trusted suppliers and materials that I know will deliver great results.

  • I recommend booking your project 3 to 5 months in advance. This helps ensure availability in the schedule and allows enough time for proper planning, design, and material ordering. My calendar can fill up quickly—especially during peak seasons—so the sooner we start the conversation, the better.
